WARM GREETING FROM PTC AVIATION !!!!

1.PASSION, DEDICATION and HARD WORK!!

Trust me, it's a lot more than what common people or a Baby aviation enthusiast might think. Being a Pilot requires a lot of Determination and Learning.

2. INVESTMENT

You can easily keep 35 -45 lakhs to jump into that cockpit in the current scenario.

But you can start, the program with 1-2Lakhs and complete the Ground Training

3. TALK TO YOUR FAMILY!!

Let them know the reality with respect to the Course, Cost and Job Scenario.

——————————————————————————

Step 1: OBTAIN BASIC QUALIFICATION

You need to be at least 16 years to get a SPL, 17yrs for PPL and 18 yrs for CPL.

Next is  12th /+2 /PUC with Physics and Maths and  Proficiency in English is also an Integral requirement though you need not exhibit any scores.

If you are with higher secondary groups that do not include Maths or Physics or both, you may acquire it separately, through Open school (we will Guide you)

Step 2: GET YOUR MEDICALS DONE

Now, this is really important. Start with Class 2 medicals followed  from any of the DGCA approved doctors.(we will Guide you)….  Get yourselves Assured Medically Fit before you spend even a penny on Pilot training. Being consistent at your medical fitness is highly essential as long you intend to be in the line.

Step 3 : GET YOUR COMPUTER NUMBER/ APPLY FOR DGCA EXAMS

It’s an Identification number at DGCA that is required for Pilot Examination Application. (we will Guide you).

This is a two stage process:-

a) Application for Computer Number

b) Upload Signature and Photograph for approval.

You may refer to DGCA official website for Guidelines on How to Apply for Computer Number. You will have to verify your 10th and 12th mark sheets. The procedure for verification varies with the board of study. It takes around 1.5 months to get the number approved.

Step 4: CHOOSE A TRAINING PROGRAM

This may include training done Independently from a flight school within India or Abroad or through Airlines based cadet programs. Selection of Flight School is extremely important. Once you get your CPL, stream through the open market and get yourselves into an Airline by clearing their specific interviews.

However, with the current scenario in India, it’s extremely favourable for pilots. Good Luck!!
